Story

Our story began over a decade ago with tech entrepreneur Adam Morand, who drew on 25 years of development expertise to tackle one of agriculture’s toughest challenges: making indoor vertical farming both efficient and profitable. Through his company, A4 Cyber-Physical Manufacturing Inc., Morand pioneered PoE (Power over Ethernet) Lighting—an advanced, low-heat, high-efficiency solution designed specifically for commercial indoor cultivation.
PoE Lighting was rigorously tested for more than two years across multiple facilities in Canada, including an 8,000 sq. ft. indoor farm that validated the system’s performance with a wide variety of crops. Over thousands of operational hours, PoE Lighting consistently delivered strong photon output, high-quality yields, and measurable energy savings—proving that indoor farming can indeed be profitable.
In 2024, LumaG Lighting of British Columbia, Canada became the exclusive global distributor of PoE Lighting. With LumaG, the technology is now reaching growers worldwide, providing them with a powerful tool to overcome the challenges of cost, efficiency, and crop performance.
PoE Lighting is more than just illumination—it’s a profitability engine for controlled environment agriculture. By combining precision light recipes, stable low-heat operation, and unmatched energy efficiency, it empowers growers to optimize outcomes and achieve consistent returns. Learning to grow with PoE Lighting is not only a smart choice—it’s a profitable venture.
